The dashboard reads a Cloudflare KV namespace the bot pushes to. Two one-time commands from the bot\ folder:
npx wrangler kv namespace create verify-stats # paste the printed id into wrangler.jsonc npx wrangler pages deploy site
Verification itself keeps working either way — only these numbers wait.
